When should I place my order? When will my cookies arrive?

We deliver from 10AM to 10PM Sunday- Tuesday and 10AM to 11PM Wednesday – Saturday. We give 2 hour delivery windows for delivery orders, to avoid congestion. If you need our order at a specific time, we recommend putting it in an earlier time frame, than the order is needed. Ideally, we need 24 hours lead time for large orders; however we are often able to accommodate same-day delivery. Please call the store if you have a same-day order to discuss options.

What if my order is late?

We strive to deliver all our orders in a timely fashion. However, we are a small business with small kitchens and limited delivery staff. At certain times, like holidays, we may run behind and will attempt to contact our customers if and when we think orders are possibly going to be late. If your order is going to arrive beyond when you need it, please call the store and we will be happy to cancel your order. We cannot refund orders which are received and accepted by the recipient.

Pick Up Policies

When should I place my order? When will my cookies arrive?

Orders can be picked up at any time during business hours. Ideally, we need 24 hours lead time for orders; however we are often able to accommodate same-day pick up orders. Please call the store if you have a same-day order to discuss options.

I’m running late- can you hold my cookies?

Schmackary’s is able to hold your pick-up order for the length of the day the pick up was scheduled. After that time, we will not be able to hold your order. All orders that are placed but not picked up will be charged.

Can I walk in and place an order?

Walk-in orders are welcome. However, please keep in mind that we are not able to accommodate walk-ins for over 3 dozen cookies. If you are planning to order 3 dozen or more Old Fashioned cookies or any specialty items please be sure to call ahead.

 

Shipping Policies

Shipping Schedule By Day and Location

We want our customers to receive only the freshest cookies possible. As none of our products contain preservatives, we do not offer shipping options that will keep our products in transit for more than three days.

 

All orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 12PM EST will ship out the same day. Orders placed after 12PM EST are processed the following day.

• Orders placed on Thursday will be held for shipping the following Monday unless you select UPS Next Day Air.

• We do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

 

During busy times and the holiday season orders may not ship out same day or within the parameters listed above. If you have a question about the earliest date you can receive your order please email [email protected]

 

Ground shipping is offered for the East Coast, South, and parts of the Midwest. Three Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air are offered for orders going to the North West, South West, and the West Coast.

What carrier to you use to ship packages?

All packages are shipped via UPS. Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked via the confirmation code that will be emailed to you once your order is received by UPS. You are able to track your shipments online here

How is merchandise shipped?

All merchandise will be sent ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. Mixed orders of cookies and merchandise will follow our shipping policies for perishable items. Gift cards are sent through the USPS mail.

Can you ship my order to arrive the same day?

We cannot guarantee same-day shipping on any order. If you need your cookies to arrive on a set date, please allot enough time to account for shipping and place your order early.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Customers may add an 150-character gift note to their order free of charge. We reserve the right not to print a gift note that is deemed inappropriate, profane, or offensive by our staff.

How long will my cookies be fresh?

Cookies will keep for up to five days unwrapped but are best if enjoyed sooner rather than later!

Schmackary’s is not responsible for delays in transit caused by weather, strikes, natural disasters, high package volume, mechanical errors, terrorism safety control, or inaccurate shipping information.


We do not require a signature on delivery for any packages.

What is Cookies on Broadway?

Cookies on Broadway is a delivery program established to send cookies to your favorite show or Broadway star

Is there a delivery fee?

Cookies are delivered, free of charge, to any current Broadway show in the Times Square area. We do still deliver to Lincoln Center, however there is a delivery fee.

When should I place my order? When will my cookies arrive?

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 6pm for 8pm show time or 5pm for 7 or 7:30pm show time. Orders received after that time will be delivered the next day. Cookies will not be delivered on dark days unless requested by the customer.


Refund Policies

What is your refund policy?

Once our cookies are in your hands, all sales are final. Of course, if there is something physically wrong with the product you receive, we are happy to make it right. If it is our mistake, we will do our best to fix it. Please take photos of your received product, so we can see exactly what the issue is.
